CLIENT’S CAR STOLEN AT VW DEALERSHIP AFTER BEING SENT IN FOR SERVICE

Good day friends, family and everyone. You will be shocked to hear my heartbreaking story all because of VOLKSWAGEN. I took my car to VOLKSWAGEN Wonderboom dealership for sunroof repair. The day I went to fetch it, I was told it’s missing (stolen), under their premises.

I was then given a courtesy car. Please take note of the following: THERE WAS NO BREAK ON, KEY SAFE WAS STILL INTACT, WHEN I ASKED FOR FOOTAGE I WAS TOLD CAMERAS WERE NOT WORKING FOR THAT DAY AND LASTLY ONLY MY CAR WAS MISSING.

I went there countless times to communicate with them about what’s the way forward and how are they going to resolve this matter but till today I didn’t get any help. The manager of the dealer William Nduli and the MD of the dealer Walter Pretorious told me to claim from my insurance as there is nothing they can do and that crime is crime and they can’t stop it not explain how it happened.

I kept on going back there with my husband but they maintained that I should claim from my insurance. How do I do that if the car was not stolen from me?

One day I called Walter Pretorious and he said we will take about replacement after claiming from my insurance. Guess what? I claimed from my insurance and called him after my insurance settled. And boom I should bring back their courtesy car since my insurance paid off the car and case closed. Lol, am laughing and it’s not funny, the replacement was I will get a discount if I buy a new car or they give me my access and that’s all they can do for me. Wow……

I went back to my insurance company King Price and reversed the payment, since these people were trying to take advantage of me. Since then I never heard from them.

It’s been two months, heading for the third one now, and I know a lot of you will ask why I was quite about this all along. I hoped they will step up and take liability since the car was lost under their premises but to this day, I am left emotionally abused, frustrated and still paying for a car I left with VOLKSWAGEN.

It hit me hard after I realised that I lost the case, am fighting with powerful people who have a lot of money and care less about it’s customers.

I am alerting all of you because what has happened to me is completely heart breaking and stressful in a way that it will affect a lot of areas in one’s life. And I wouldn’t wish any of you to under go the same experience.

I seeked help from a lot of people, I fought hard but still no help. I contacted the superior of the MD Hendrick Vermark, VOLKSWAGEN customer care, VOLKSWAGEN SA, customer consumer services, etc and still didn’t get helped. I contacted Speak Out and they also told me they don’t cover such cases, but they will assess my story and maybe can only assist me with publicity.

For you who were thinking of buying a VOLKSWAGEN car or service please be careful and if I were you I will think twice.

Guys corruption is real and you may not agree with me now coz you don’t know the pain. And for those who wish to assist me, please let’s spread the word. If it can happen to me and they managed to easily get away with it will definitely happen to others.

Anyone who can help me with the process of how I can go publish This on radios and newspapers please assist with that information.
